‚ÄčThe Pumpkin House is a charming 19th century historic saltbox home. Originally built by the Minty Family around 1871 and then moved in the 20th century to it's current location in Durrell - a municipality of Twillingate by The Bulgin Family.

The home features 3 uniquely decorated bedrooms, a master bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite. And two with bedrooms with old fashioned double beds. The turn-key house can be yours to enjoy! The charming eat-in kitchen has what you might need to cook up a dinner. Then serve it all up with antique dishes to set the mood in the Victorian style dining room.

Outside, the picket fence lined property features great views of the bay and root cellar nestled into the hillside. Enjoy the wrap-around deck with ample seating perfect for bird and 'berg watching, catching the sunset or just kicking back and watching the world go by!
